Terms & Conditions By using this catalog YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS CONDITIONS OF USE, SET FORTH BELOW, AND ALL LEGAL NOTICES, PRIVACY POLICY and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere within the catalog. Delfin reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions of Use and Legal Notices at any time. FREIGHT & SHIPPING UNITED STATES We use all methods of transportation and have daily pick-up service. We ship at our own discretion unless specific instructions are given at the time the order is placed. All shipments are FOB ORIGIN. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice on all orders shipped to a destination within the United States unless specific instructions are given at the time the order is placed to coordinate a will call utilizing the distributor specified freight carrier. Regardless of transportation meth od or carrier, all shipments are FOB ORIGIN (Title & Control of Goods) whereby the buyer assumes title and control of goods at the moment the carrier signs the bill of lading. The buyer assumes risk of transportation and is entitled to route the shipment. The buyer is responsible for filing claims for loss or damage. FREIGHT & SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL All shipments are FOB ORIGIN. All freight charges will be collect for a consignment shipped to a destination outside of the United States. Any duties, tariffs, taxes, or supplementary charges that are in addi tion to the freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges, usually associated with shipments that cross an interna tional border, will be billed by the applicable brokerage house or agency directly to the consignee or preferred “bill to”. DAMAGES & SHORTAGES Inspect your shipments carefully when they arrive for any damages or shortages. Be sure to match the received merchandise against the packing slip. Any shortages or damages must be reported to Delfín within 48 hours of arrival. All mer chandise is inspected at the time of shipping and shipped in good condition. In the event that there is damage, note this immediately on the freight bill and arrange for an inspection report from the carrier. Send a copy of the freight bill and inspection to us immediately. If you fail to do this, neither Delfín nor the carrier will honor your claim. TERMS Your specific terms will be assigned at the completion of the new customer application process. If you are approved for credit, your terms will be Net 30 days. All shipments are made with the understanding that invoices will be paid within 30 days. Accounts over 30 days will be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year). For customers who do not qualify for open credit terms we offer various prepay options including credit card or wire transfer. RETURNS Authorization must be obtained from Delfin prior any return. No return will be accepted without proper written authorization from Delfin. Please contact us direct for specifics regarding our “Return Authorization” policy. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid by the buyer. Delfin is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee. Authorized credits will be issued upon inspection of returned items. Custom items may not be returned for cash or credit under any circumstances. DEBIT MEMOS Delfin does not recognize or honor end user or distributor self-generated debit memos without written approval from Delfin. This includes any debit memo issued for marketing expenses, shipping expenses, or claims of incorrect or broken product shipped. If you have a specific request for a debit memo please contact us. Distributor remains responsible for any amount of money short paid as the result of an unauthorized debit memo. CUSTOM ITEMS Delfín welcomes custom work. We are always excited to take on new projects. Please call us with any ideas or ques tions regarding custom products. All custom products require a minimum deposit subject to the discretion of Delfín and prior to the beginning of the manufacturing process. Custom items may be subject to a mold agreement contract and or up front mold costs. The buyer is responsi ble for accepting and paying for all custom items within a 5% variance of the quantity on the original order. CAPACITIES & SIZES Liquid capacities listed are brimful measurements. Because of our manufacturing process, all sizes and capacities are subject to a slight variance. COLORS Delfin attempts to display product images shown in the catalog as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color. Please request a sample of a particular color if you question its viability for your project. PRICES Prices subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include any city, county, state or federal taxes. Prices do not include shipping charges. All prices are in United States dollars.

Care & Use Delfin produces all of its products with only the highest grade raw materials and the greatest of care. If properly cared for and used in the correct environment, our product will provide a lengthy life of service and maintain its aesthetic appeal. CLEANING ABS, ACRYLIC, & PETG PRODUCTS ● We recommend that ABS, Acrylic, and PETG products be hand washed with a mild soap and warm water using a soft sponge. ● DO NOT use abrasive cleaning detergents or abrasive scrub pads. ● We do not recommend using industrial dishwashers, however it may be safe depending on the type of detergent and temperature of water used. ● We do not encourage the use of sanitizer. CLEANING MELAMINE PRODUCTS ● Delfin Melamine is commercial dishwasher safe. ● Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or metal pot scouring pads to remove food or stains. For best results, use only non-abrasive scrubbing pads or plastic bristle scrubbers to remove dried food. ● Do not use chlorine bleach or chlorine-based sanitizing solutions when caring for Melamine. Only use sanitizers developed

for commercial use. A qualified chemical specialist should recommend the proper cleaning solution to use. ● Delfin Melamine products can withstand heat up to 248°F (120°C), do not use in an oven or microwave.

CUTTING ● Do not use your Delfin product as a cutting surface. Knives and other sharp objects can damage the surface of the product.

UTENSILS ● We always recommend you use plastic spoons, tongs, or utensils with our products to avoid unnecessary scratching.

CASE PACKS & WEIGHTS No minimum orders or broken case charges. Case weights and cubes are estimates and subject to change.
